Cheat mode:
Press B, Up, X, Y, Right, Down
at the "Press Start" screen. The sound of a gun will
confirm correct code entry. Press Start, go to police headquarters,
and select "Cheats". Each individual cheat may now be
enabled or disabled as desired.
