member can cancel their membership at any time or Upgrade
to LIFETIME. If a member cancels thier membership, access to the
members area will expire automatically only once the paid duration has
ended and not until. Any further billing will stop the at the same
date of the cancellation request. We
are not responsible for any additional banking fees if you do not cancel
a subscription of your own accord.

makes no claim to ownership or proprietary interest in any of the
websites and/or software it recommends. We do not re-sell or license
software downloaded from other sites.

request for a refund is made, refunds are issued only in cases
where the member was unable to access the website. We are a service
website and do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with software. We
provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that our website service is
accessable and that we provide support and services for the game(s)
you need help with via an organized website. When you become a member of this website you are
agreeing to receive technical support and ratings and suggestions we
provide for software.
11. Wonderdog Software Company and GameGuideDog.com reserves the right
to change these terms for any reason and at any time but will inform
it's members should any changes be made that would have any impact on
the terms originally agreed to.

FOR ANY FURTHER AMOUNTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT,

INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL,
