Spider-Man PS4 PlayStation 4 1
Untitled

I think SE has shafted themselves with the whole Microsoft Exclusivity deal with the last one, it was a farce of a business decision with PS4 sales being so far ahead of the competition. Way to alienate yourselves from your consumer base Square Enix. That is why I'm purchasing Spider Man day one and buying SOTR is a sale further down the line. May well have been the other way round, but they obviously don't give two hoots about PS4 owners. Good luck to Crystal Dynamics and Eidos though, hope the game does well.

spiderman is a maybe for me, and TR is a no. allegedly the last TR game would never have been made without microsoft's investment for the exclusivity deal.. so how's this one being made without it when it didn't sell anywhere near as well as the original reboot?. in actual fact they lost two sales from me.. when RoTTR did eventually come to PS4, there was other stuff to buy instead. i couldn't be ar*ed at this point playing a 3-year old game.

Staggering the number of people proudly proclaiming that they will be getting spider man day one and not Tomb Raider.

Despite the No Mans Sky, Watchdogs and Colonial Marines debacles, these people haven't learned a damn thing about waiting for reviews.

I will be holding out to see what people like ACG say about both games before parting with cash.

Also if you are so poor that you can only buy one, and given the single player nature, the intelligent move is to wait six months and get both games for the price of one at launch. Why the heck you buying either at launch if you are that poor. They will be half price come January.

I don't understand how they can say this with a straight face. My memories of both the Tomb Raider reboot and Rise is repeatedly pressing R3 so that useless items show up on a greyscale screen. None of the items I've ever found in that game are things that make life "special."
