UPDATE 2: The official word from Bungie: Microsoft has apparently identified the issue preventing Crackdown players from downloading the Halo 3 beta and a "solution" is "undergoing final testing now." Once it passes certification apparently sometime in the next three to six hours a patch will be made available for Crackdown via Xbox Live and everything should be honky dory.
