Q. I just signed up but I cannot find my item # in my PayPal transaction.  Why and what should I do?

A.   You should return to your PayPal account, click on the history tab, (monthly subscriptions are on a dropdown list) or the payment you just sent to us has a 'DETAILS' link.  You will find everything you need there.   If you still cannot find your confirmation numbers, write us and we will verify you manually (about 24, usually less) and send you a login setup link.  =

Q. I signed up already but it asks me to sign up again after choosing a game.

A. Click the "MEMBER LOGIN" here or on our top or right panel, enter your username and password.

Q. How do I set up my login username & password?

A. First you must REGISTER with us.  Then just click the "Verify My Membership" and enter your Transaction/Subscription ID & Item Code # which you can look-up within your PayPal account record details.

Q. I forgot my password. What do I do?

A. Click the member login icon, enter your login name and your password is automatically emailed to you.  If you don't know your login name you signed up with, write us via the SUPPORT link and include your email address you paid for your membership with.--

A.  Yes.  Unless you purchase a 6 month membership or a Lifetime MEMBERSHIP which are 1 TIME PAYMENTS!

Q. I don't have a credit card, can I pay by check?

A.  Yes.  You can pay with an electronic E-Check  OR you will need to mail it in cashiers check, personal check or money order.   Click Here.

A.  YES YOU CAN!!  Just SEARCH OUR LISTINGS OR click the CHEAT & WALKTHROUGH links above.  If it's on the list, we have it already, otherwise, click the SUPPORT ICON and tell us to add it.  It's that simple!!

Q.
The game cheat or walkthrough I need is not added yet.  What should I do?

A.  Just tell us via the SUPPORT link at the top there.  (Make SURE you include what platform your game is for, ie XBOX, GAMECUBE, PC, etc.)  Updates are usually posted within 24 hours or less.

NOTE:  If you are a member, log in to your members area first before using the SUPPORT ICON, these requests are given HIGHEST PRIORITY.  No one should have to stay stuck in a game, that's why we are here!

 

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?-

A. You should return to your PayPal account, click on the history tab, and select subscriptions.  Cancel the subscription you have with us or, as a courtesy, you can click support and tell us to end your subscription.  Include the PayPal email address you used to sign up with.  (We are not responsible for any additional banking fees if you do not cancel a subscription of your own accord).  You can still use your membership until the next billing cycle expires.

We recommend a lifetime membership, of course, so you'd never have to even  think about it.

WDS makes video games for children.  Can I still request help for games 
that are 'T'EEN or 'M'ATURE rated? -

A.  Absolutely.  We never miscondone any video games published by any company.  Let's face it, they worked very hard to produce these games, and folks certainly do enjoy them.  HOWEVER,  we strongly suggest & remind parents to monitor game content by using the ESRB game ratings system.  It is provided for the safety and well being of our children.  -
